These Loki actors are reportedly part of Deadpool 3 (Rumor)

There are already rumors that Marvel Studios’ Deadpool 3 will include a few significant characters from the Loki series on Disney+.

Apart from Hugh Jackman returning for one final time as Wolverine in Deadpool 3, the eagerly awaited sequel is amassing an outstanding cast list without the veteran mutant draped in Adamantium.

The casting for this new feature has been inconsistent over the past few months, but it officially began in March 2022 when Ryan Reynolds said that Leslie Uggams’ Blind Al from the original Deadpool movies would return.

Emma Corrin from The Crown also got a part as an unnamed villain in the threequel, and as it takes place in the MCU, Wade Wilson might potentially run with a lot of other familiar faces from the Marvel Studios universe.

Characters From Loki Are Supposed to Appear in Deadpool 3 Insider The MCU’s Deadpool 3 will feature Tara Strong’s Miss Minutes and Owen Wilson’s Mobius, according to Jeff Snider, who appeared on John Rocha’s The Hot Mic show.

Wilson and Strong were cast as a result of Sneider’s explanation that this film will involve “Deadpool taking on the TVA”:

“This is the rumor on the street that ‘Deadpool 3’ is Deadpool taking on the TVA. And so, as a result, with ‘Deadpool 3,’ I hear Owen Wilson’s Agent Mobius and Tara Strong’s Miss Minutes will be in ‘Deadpool 3…'”

This follows a Daniel Richtman report that Wilson will have a significant role in Deadpool 3, which was claimed to be the first time the Temporal Variance Authority would be used since Loki.

Sneider observed how Wilson and Deadpool 3 director Shawn Levy go back to their days working on the Night at the Museum films together, even if he was unsure if Tom Hiddleston’s Loki would be in the film:

Rocha: “Wow. But, no Loki?”

Sneider: “Don’t know if Loki’s in ‘Deadpool 3’ but I’ve heard that Owen Wilson and Tara Strong are going to be in ‘Deadpool 3.’ And if you think about Shawn Levy and Owen Wilson go back a ways. They did the ‘Night at the Museum’ movies together. So it wouldn’t shock me if Shawn Levy got his old pal Owen Wilson in this movie as Agent Mobius.”

Loki and Deadpool’s MCU Stories Colliding

This research provides greater justification for the inclusion of Mobius and Miss Minutes in this film and highlights the significant role the TVA plays as Deadpool enters the MCU.

It only makes natural that the institution that oversees all of space and time will be at the forefront of the threequel, which is also reported to be the first MCU film to really confront the idea of the Multiverse.

The comedic value will increase as Mobius and Miss Minutes interact with Deadpool, elevating their antics from Loki to a whole new level in an R-rated environment.

The major questions now are who else will be added to this incredibly strong group for Deadpool 3.

As this is probably the final film in Phase 5, writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick have already considered options like Chris Hemsworth’s Thor, and a plethora of other heroes and villains might join that list as well.

The release date for Deadpool 3 is November 8, 2024.
