Fans now have their first glimpse at one of the brand-new heroes from Marvel’s What If…? Season 2 Kahhori, a young Mohawk woman, appears in season 2. Kachori and the episode she will appear in are both described on the official Marvel website.
What If? explores what would occur if the Tesseract impacted the planet and landed in the independent Haudenosaunee Confederacy prior to the colonization of America. Kahhori, a young Mohawk woman, is guided on a quest to unearth her power by the Tesseract, which transforms a lake into a portal to the stars.
Kahhori is a completely original character with no ties to Marvel’s comic books, but What If…? The character will make his or her debut in Season 2. According to the website, to ensure the series’ portrayal of the Mohawk Nation is accurate, writer Ryan Little worked closely with members of the Mohawk Nation, including historian Doug George and Mohawk language expert Cecelia King.
The second season of Marvel’s What If…? features a new hero named Kahhori.
Director Bryan Andrew and chief writer AC Bradley were responsible for the first season of What If…? The Watcher, who functioned as the narrator for the first season, was also introduced in the animated series. Jeffrey Wright provided the voice for the part.
Hayley Atwell, Chadwick Boseman, Chris Hemsworth, Benedict Cumberbatch, Michael B. Jordan, Sebastian Stan, Josh Brolin, Mark Ruffalo, Tom Hiddleston, Samuel L. Jackson, Natalie Portman, Paul Rudd, Tilda Swinton, Taika Waititi, Danai Gurira, Paul Bettany, Rachel McAdams, and other MCU veterans provided their voices for the series.
